MAEdQ is hosting a ‘Think Tank’ session to provide small museums with ideas for simple ways to engage school students. The format is a hands on, workshop format, conducted in small groups, for learning the techniques and sharing ideas with each other.
- Creating memory boxes, lead by Joan Kelly, Moreton Bay Museum
- Story telling with objects, lead by Greg Sikich, St Laurence’s College
- Digital dimensions – simple ways to offer digital, lead by Janis Hanley, Ed Program Design.
By the end of this hands-on Workshop you should be equipped/have the knowhow to create a number of different programmes
The event is free, but we’d be grateful for a gold coin donation to cover costs.
